Room reservations
For online room bookings, the reservation can be canceled until 18.00 the day before arrival.
In case of cancellation after the deadline, the first night's price will be invoiced.
Please use your link in your cancellation confirmation.

In case of cancellation per. mail, please include the reservation number, name, telephone number and arrival date. The cancellation must be emailed to [email protected]

If you want to move your booking to another date, there may be a difference in the price.

Restaurant:
We recommend that you book a table in advance in our restaurant. Please send us an e-mail at [email protected]

Payment terms:
All reservations are prepaid upon booking.
In case of cancellation within the applicable deadlines, the amount for the order is refunded directly to the buyer's account.

GDPR:
By accepting our terms and conditions, you also agree that your contact information will be processed in order to receive a booking confirmation, and that we at Severin will keep your information in connection with your booking.
